Community Guidelines & Safety Rules

MeetByMission exists to create meaningful, respectful, and enjoyable shared experiences through creating space for conversation, curiosity, and human connection.

We believe that a great table atmosphere depends on the people around it. These guidelines help create an environment where participants can feel welcome, safe, and genuinely present.

While we strive to maintain a respectful and thoughtful community, MeetByMission cannot monitor every interaction or guarantee participant behavior. By participating in our events, you agree to contribute responsibly to the experience of others.

Treat participants, venue staff, and organizers respectfully.

Harassment, intimidation, discrimination, bullying, aggressive behavior, or hate speech are not tolerated.

Respect differences in:

• background;
• culture;
• opinions;
• communication style;
• identity;
• life experience.

Curiosity and respectful disagreement are welcome. Personal attacks, humiliation, hostility, or intentionally dominating conversations are not.

Respect personal boundaries at all times.

Do not pressure others into:

• sharing personal information;
• exchanging contact details;
• physical contact;
• drinking alcohol;
• continuing interactions outside the event.

Unwanted sexual remarks, persistent advances, stalking, threatening behavior, or inappropriate conduct may result in immediate removal from the platform.

MeetByMission is designed for meaningful social experiences and conversation. While personal or romantic connections may naturally emerge, participants should not assume romantic interest from others.

Please attend events only if you genuinely intend to participate.

Participants are expected to:

• arrive reasonably on time;
• communicate respectfully;
• cancel responsibly if plans change;
• contribute constructively to the group atmosphere.

Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations negatively affect:

• other participants;
• restaurant planning;
• the overall experience.

Repeated no-shows may result in temporary restrictions, suspension, or removal from future events.

Where reasonably possible, emergencies and individual circumstances will be considered.

Reservations are personal and non-transferable.

Bringing unregistered guests or "+1" attendees to events is not permitted unless explicitly approved by MeetByMission.

If you feel unsafe during or after an event:

• remove yourself from the situation;
• contact local authorities if necessary;
• notify MeetByMission.

Threats, violence, coercion, stalking, or abusive conduct are grounds for immediate removal from the platform and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate.

Some venues may serve alcohol.

Participants remain fully responsible for:

• their own alcohol consumption;
• personal decisions;
• transportation;
• conduct and safety.

Please avoid behavior that makes others uncomfortable or unsafe.

Respect the privacy of other participants.

Do not share:

• private conversations;
• screenshots;
• personal details;
• photos or videos of participants

without consent.

Meaningful conversations depend on mutual trust and discretion.

MeetByMission events are intended for genuine human connection and conversation.

Aggressive recruiting, lead generation, unsolicited pitching, sales activity, MLM promotion, or exploiting events primarily for commercial purposes is not permitted.

Professional conversations and natural networking are welcome. Treating participants as sales targets is not.

Participants must provide reasonably accurate information about themselves.

Creating fake accounts, impersonating others, or intentionally misleading participants is prohibited.

Each person may maintain only one active account unless explicitly authorized otherwise.

Participants may report:

• harassment;
• unsafe behavior;
• discrimination;
• repeated misconduct;
• violations of these guidelines.

Not every disagreement or uncomfortable interaction constitutes a policy violation. However, reports involving safety, harassment, or abusive conduct are taken seriously.

MeetByMission may review reports confidentially where reasonably possible.

Violations of these Guidelines may result in:

• warnings;
• temporary restrictions;
• suspension from events;
• permanent removal from the platform.

MeetByMission reserves the right to remove participants or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect community safety, participant well-being, or event quality.

Serious violations may result in immediate removal without refund.

A meaningful dinner experience depends on openness, curiosity, consideration, and mutual respect.

Everyone at the table contributes to the atmosphere.
