• What we do: We provide curated social dining events and community experiences through our website, mobile application, and related communication channels (collectively, our "Platform" and "Services").

MeetByMission is a platform built for human connection, designed to spark great conversations over food.

While friendships, romantic sparks, or business networks often naturally happen at our tables, we are not:

• A dating or matchmaking agency
• A job recruitment platform
• A therapy or coaching service

Our Commitment & Limitations: We do our absolute best to curate amazing tables, but human dynamics are beautifully unpredictable. Because of this, we cannot guarantee:

• Perfect compatibility between participants
• Specific social, personal, or professional outcomes
• Exact attendance numbers or specific demographics at a given table
• That you will always meet entirely new people or always be paired with specific types of individuals.

To pull up a chair at our tables, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Provide honest, accurate, and up-to-date information about yourself.
• Follow these Terms and our community standards.

If we reasonably believe it's necessary for safety, community health, or operational reasons, we reserve the right to ask for ID, refuse access, suspend your account, or ask you to leave an event.

To match you with the right tables, we may ask for your name, email, phone number, age range, dietary preferences, interests, and city.

You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and making sure your information stays accurate.

We use a mix of questionnaires, your stated preferences, manual curation, and smart algorithmic logic to group tables together.

• No Robotic Overlords: Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we explicitly state that we do not use fully automated decision-making that has "legal or similarly significant effects" on you. A human is always involved in shaping our experiences.
• Final Say: MeetByMission retains the final decision on participant combinations, restaurant choices, and event scheduling.

When you buy a Subscription, Single Ticket, or Event Credit, you are explicitly requesting that MeetByMission grants you immediate access to our services (using our booking system, matchmaking processes, table curation, and event discovery features) before the standard EU 14-day statutory withdrawal period expires.

Because we begin rendering these digital services immediately upon your purchase:

• For Subscriptions: You acknowledge that you waive your right to a full refund of the current billing cycle under the standard 14-day consumer withdrawal rule, as the service has already begun. Your membership will remain active until you cancel it for the next cycle.
• For Tickets and Credits: They remain valid until you redeem them for a specific event or until they expire. Once you redeem a ticket for a specific dining reservation, our Event Cancellation Policy (Section 10) takes over.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be legally excluded under Estonian or EU law.

We want our events to be full of surprises, so event locations are often communicated shortly before the dinner takes place.

We reserve the right to change venues, reschedule dinners, adjust table groupings, or cancel an event if there's an emergency or insufficient attendance. If we change something major, we'll let you know as soon as possible. Also, please don't bring uninvited guests along—our seating charts are carefully balanced!

We collect your dietary preferences to help us choose the right restaurants and build great group experiences. However, please remember:

• Restaurants are independently operated businesses, not our employees.
• We pass your preferences along as guidance, but MeetByMission cannot guarantee 100% allergen-free preparation or prevent cross-contamination at the venue.
• Your Health is Your Responsibility: You must always check the menu, speak directly with your server at the restaurant about any severe allergies, and decide for yourself if the food is safe for your health needs.

We design our tables tightly. If someone doesn't show up, it ruins the dynamic for the remaining guests and disrupts the restaurant's seating.

We are human, though—if a real emergency happens, just message us and we'll work it out.

We are all here to connect, which means respect is non-negotiable. You agree to:

• Treat fellow participants and restaurant staff with kindness and respect.
• Respect personal boundaries (both physical and emotional).
• Avoid any form of harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or aggressive behavior.
• Follow the law and the specific rules of the venue we are visiting.

If someone makes a table feel unsafe or deeply uncomfortable, we will remove them from the event and suspend their account immediately without a refund.

Attending an in-person event is entirely voluntary, and you do so at your own responsibility.

• MeetByMission does not run criminal background checks on community members.
• Please use the same common sense you would use when meeting any new group of people.
• If you ever feel unsafe or uncomfortable during an event, you have full permission to leave the situation immediately. Please notify the restaurant staff if you are in immediate danger, and let us know as soon as possible so we can take action.

Your privacy matters deeply to us. We process your personal data strictly in line with Estonian data protection laws and the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Everything you see on our Platform—our logo, branding, app design, text, and visual assets—belongs to MeetByMission. Please don't copy, distribute, or use our materials for commercial purposes without asking us nicely in writing first.

To the maximum extent permitted by Estonian and EU consumer laws, MeetByMission is not liable for:

• Indirect, accidental, or consequential damages.
• Interpersonal disputes or arguments that happen between participants during or after an event.
• The service, food quality, or actions of the third-party restaurants.
• Technical glitches or app outages that are outside of our reasonable control.

Naturally, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for things that cannot be excluded under mandatory Estonian law (such as gross negligence or intentional misconduct).

As MeetByMission grows, we might need to tweak these Terms. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. If the changes are major, we'll send you an email or post a notification in the app. Continuing to use our platform after changes go live means you accept the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, alongside applicable EU regulations.

If a disagreement arises, we always prefer to chat like humans and settle things amicably. Please email us at info@meetbymission.com first. If we truly can't reach an agreement, disputes will be settled in Estonian courts, unless mandatory EU consumer protection laws allow you to take legal action in your local country of residence.
